Manual timeskip on MVP doesn't work?

Just in case it helps, I've had this happen often from the recortdings plugin. If I stop and start again it usually works. However, it has never happenned from the xrecord plugin.

Never paid attention what I was in when I tried it. From xrecord it still a nada...

Did anyone ever figure out the fix for this? It would be great to be able to skip ahead a large amount by hitting 1,0,>
