I'm not sure if this has ever been answered before but I was wondering what Sub has for his PVR setup(s)? CPU, ram , hd, capture cards etc. Which one do you use for your daily use...... Inquiring minds would like to know........

Fanless seems the way to go. I've got everthing working the way I want , now to work on the noise. Micro case I'm using uses 3 50mm fans , sounds like a hairdyer going beside the tv.

yes, and an ariel. So I can record a cable channel at the same time as tv1/2/3/C4/Prime. I find most of my recordings are TV1, TV2 and TV3 so this pretty useful.

I dont remember you asking me this specific question before. I do remember you asking which drivers I use, and which version of comskip...numerous times...and I did respond each time (once more for the record: I dont use comskip. v2.0.18.22316 drivers)

I heard you just had a chip in your head like the Terminal Man, and watched stuff at 20000 bit rate on the back of your retinas. Your actual setup doesn't sound as cool Wink

Try again a little later. There is a couple of hours each night when the backups occur that is a bit flakey. That is what you get for free hosting.
