We have the mouse at work and it's good, many people use the gyration for their htpc/pvr set up. Thats cheap too, if memory serve me correctly it's normally $99.

I bought one of these from WOOT last November. I thought it would be really slick.
It arrived in a retail box, looked brand new, but didn't work. I should have gotten an RMA from WOOT and sent it back, but chose to have it repaired under warranty instead. BIG MISTAKE! 3 month wait, 6 phone calls totalling more than 2 hours, got called a liar by customer service. Finally got it back 2 weeks ago. I love it. But don't expect any warranty support from Gyration (owned by Thompson/RCA)

I purchased one more than a yr ago, and returned it promptly, because I find it hard to use the mouse. You have to flick your wrist in a certain way to make it work. Any way, I did not acquired the art. I purchase this Logitec denovo bluetooth wireless KB and mouse, and has been great. There are five programmable buttons on the mouse, so I can control GBPVR, unless I have to type. I thnk there are other laser mouse from logitec that are programmable as well. Mine has a working distance of 30 ft.

I really like this set. It works really well for me as i use it to control my Desktop on my TV as well. It works very well for web-surfing form the couch. I use it at about 20ft. and have never had a range issue.

i got my set yesterday from woot! It is definatly worth it, easily worth $40 for keyboard and mouse. the gyro mouse is sooooo convenient especially when I get rid of my entertainment system with a spot to put the keyboard and mouse to replace it with a smaller stand for my plasma.
definatly recommend this if you find it again, worth more that $40 imo
