Timeshifting mode question

I tried searching for something relevant, but couldnt come up with anything.

When I pause Live TV, and a program ends, it doesnt keep recording the next program. Do I need to Uncheck "Use Live Preview Mode If Possible" and "Return from Timeshift Mode on Channel Change"? It takes a lot longer to change the channels that way, and then Im always recording, which hogs a ton of space on the ole HD.

I've not tried this myself so I can't say, but it does sound like you found a bug. However, on another note I think you'll find using Timeshift doesn't hog too much diskspace.

While viewing in timeshift mode at the end of each program a new file is started for the next program and the old program's recording file is deleted. So, at most timeshift mode should only use the diskspace of your current program.
