Adjusting Manual Record Timing

Is it at all possible to adjust the Start End times for manual recording to scroll minute2minute instead of every 10mins.

I like to start and end a couple minutes early and late just in case my clock is off from where i'm recording. 10mins is a bit much...

The left and right arrows only jump 10 minutes at a time, but you can type in any time you want. (ie, 12:23 type 1-2-2-3)
