a playback queue or playlist type feature

What I'm thinking of specifically is something that I can set to playback, say, 2 episodes of postman pat - maybe mix in a couple of lazytowns and then sit my two year old down in front of the tv safe in the knowledge that she wont be come rushing back to me in 20 minutes with demands of 'more postman pat!!'
(:eek: She doesnt watch that much tv, honest! - I just think it would prove useful to have such a feature from time to time...)
