opinion on PCI video card

I have an older E-machine that i've upgraded the CPU & memory on & I think it'll make a nice quiet GBPVR machine.

Except it only has PCI slots.
Any thoughts on this card?
It's only 64bit memory interface but it has to be better than a radeon 7000,9250 PCI card or nvidia fx5xxx pci card right?

Or am I wrong.
I really can't find any reviews on it.

You should be fine. I am running a Nvidia MX4000 128mb pci card and feel it is better than the ati radeon 7000 I was using. (My spec's in my sig)

That card should be better than what I am using, and you don't have many options for PCI.

I was having problems viewing newegg.com from work.
I was thinking it would be ok except it's so darn cheap I had to wonder.

Now, I just hope the little e-machine PSU can handle it.

Hey Fatman_do, wow you had a Radeon 7000 AGP too, wow and you got a PCI MX 4000 wow wee. Did you know what you could over clock that card. I'll have to go and check to see what I've over clocked it to. But I think it's 250/400MHz.

Haven't looked into overclocking it, didn't know if it would make much difference for video playback.

Does it impact the PCI bus bandwidth enough to cause problems for the PVR-150's during caputre/ with playback? You don't use your video card for playback since you use mvp's right?
