running on a laptop?

I'm looking for a patop solution, so are there any pc cards for laptops that do tv tuning (I'm in australia), external usb sticks, or that kind of thing? If so, can you post links to manufacturer sites, or tell me of your experience with trying to do this?

My setup is running on a Thinkpad T42.
The tuner I use is from Hauppauge:

[/URL]It may not be the greatest tuner, but it does the job well. The only drawback I find is the performance of the IR remote, which is sometimes annoying.

This tuner is far from being a "usb stick". If you're looking for a more mobile solution, this is not it. There are much smaller tuners, and even pc-card based, but I'm not familiar.
