I have been battling with using VA to rip my dvds to mpg files so I can watch them on my MVP. But recently, dvds have been harder to decrypt and many now no longer can be decrypted by DVDDecryptor.
So I am looking for a replacement or update to the VA dvd2mpg plugin that still works. I would appreciate actual steps from someone that has actually got a dvd to rip that uses the new copyright stuff like ARccOS and such. I keep trying different tools, btu they are all complicated or I can't figure out the right sequence of applications to get a DVD converted to an MPEG2 file just like VA did. I do not want to transcode to AVI and anything else.
Thanks,
Greg
