Newbie observations. I guess I have to do this now because I'll only be a newbie once ! Please take these as observations not as complaints.

Mousing around in GBPVR is awkward and unnatural. The learning curve is higher than needs be, and could effect your market penetration. I've accidentally deleted events in the resolve menu screen because of this.

Highlighted items on menus: You think you are in a particular menu but you can't tell. Sub menus are not always what you are seeing in the window to the right. There is no way of identifying what menu you are inside of once selected. Should be more TREE like. Eg: in the recordings sub menu the currently selected menu highlighting disappears so you don't know which sub you are in.

Playback Recordings controls: no on-screen indication of a skip key and the drag bar on the progress indicator does not work.

Live TV shows + and - keys on the on-screen display, but the +/- keys do not change channels. I hope I can remap these because the num pad +/- keys are great for channel up/down.

TV Guide. Should have horizontal scroll bar of some kind. In the guide a right click sub menu would be nice to set up recording, watch, search or mark channels as favorites.

One last suggestion is to get yourself listed in the 3rd party software list on the Hauppauge site.

Its not really designed for mouse control, though there is some support for the mouse. Everything can be done from the remote or keyboard, while only 'most' things can be done with a mouse.

Not a huge concern for me. I've already got more users than I can support Big Grin

Again, mouse support isnt really something of much interest to me. As long as I can do everything I need from the couch using a remote, then I'm happy.

There are some skin settings to enable up/down/left/right navigation buttons in the TV Guide, but the disabled by default. Right mouse button.. no, yuck - this is a couch/remote app.

It is, but only on their MVP page.
