Full Hardrive

I was wondering if anyone here ran into the problem where they filled up the hardrive with gb-pvr, and ended up with 0 length movie files as a result. I was hoping maybe an improvement would be for gbpvr to estimate the length of a recording beforehand, so as to check for available disk space and to generate an error if the drive is full. I was out of town and missed several recordings due to a full partition.

Pretty sure the Video Archive plugin does this. I also read somewhere on here that there is a utility to email you when drive space gets low. sounds like you need both

and a bigger harddrive.

Ha, Im running a 200gb on my pvr, but I had a smaller partition that filled up on me from repeat recordings that I forgot about. Thanks for the help! I found another thread dealing with this, also.
