ATI TV Wonder 200?

This card claims to have an MPEG2 encoder. Any idea of whether it works?

(it's on sale for 39.99 after $10 MIR at CompUSSR this week.... includes remote)

I was thinking it might be a good competitor to the Hauppage PVR150 for me, since I already have a PVR500 and am looking to add another tuner with a remote.

I dont know anything about this card. If it has a hardware MPEG2 encoder, then it might work, but would at the very least require a new section in direct.ini.
