Nope I haven't been in jail (gaol or however you're supposed to spell it!) but it's about time I did something with that shiny box that's sitting under my TV...
I've not touched my PVR for about a year and I'd actually forgotten what the components were - I had to look them up on my photo-blog thingy (was-MythTV-now-GBPVR-project).
So here's what I've got: WinTV PVR 350 and an HVR 1300, two HDD's - one system and one for video.
I originally had GBPVR working but it was let down by my poor DVB-T signal. I've now got a 100 element aerial going up which should sort that problem.
So I obviously need to update my GBPVR software; are there any problems with the latest version running my hardware?
I'm looking at buying a DVB-T card and replacing the PVR 350; is this wise?
Many thanks, p.
