I have some code that does the import export of descriptions.  Jeff I will stop working on my plugin until you can post your screen shot.  

You can send me a message and I will send you my email address that you can forward your plugin or screen shot to.

Also if we do the export which would be easy we can not call it .txt since that conflicts with the comskip feature.

I have a database export of sorts. At a user defined interval I copy files from the current records to your archive directory, mirroring the sub directory structure. I also copy the show informaiton (title & description) out of the GB-PVR database and into a seperate stand-alone database that the plug-in users. The same plug-in also lets you browse the pending recordings list and delete single items from it.
