RSS feeds for recodings

You can get a patch for RSS that fixes the RSS Reader error when the feed has no results:

The publish date should represent the date/time that the recording is scheduled to occur. That is what I see showing up in my readers....there looks like there a some with the same date and time but that is because it is two shows on the same date at the same time but on different channels.

I guess it's a matter of MS wisdom. It looks like the entire feed gets the created date that is set in the header and not in the individual item.

I Don't use ThunderBird......comes up in RSSReader and SharpReader without a problem. IE6 and FireFox also display the feed without issue.....

I messed around with changing headers with known working files and got wierd results out of Thunderbird. Basically at one point, with the hacked header, Thunderbird validated the feed but it only saw the first item. I played around a little more and now the feeds don't validate again. arghh..
Looks like Thunderbird isn't going to work for now.

My guess is that IE is showing the post date and not the publish date.....

You mentioned that IE6.0 worked ok. I didn't think rss was supported in 6.0, but at any rate did the date make any sense in IE6.0?

Feed Reader 3.08 doesn't like the item dates either, and displays the file pubdate for everything.
