UbuRadio lets you play web radio streams from within GB-PVR. The Find Stations button lets you pick from hundreds of stations worldwide. You can then play them directly or add them to a Favourites list for later playback. Playback via MediaMVP is supported for most stations.

UbuRadio differs from the standard Net Radio plugin in that it is not confined to playing Shoutcast streams. Pretty much any audio stream format (Windows Media, RealAudio, MP3, OggVorbis, etc.) can be played.

I've just uploaded UbuRadio v1.1 to the wiki. In addition to some minor bug fixes, I have added a few new features:

• Prev Menu button on "play" menus (for people who can't figure out where the Back button is on their remote ).
  
• Snapshot button (copies everything recorded so far into a permanent MP3 file, when using Timeshift play). Simple stream recording. Handy for when you hear a song you really like and want to keep it.
  
• Hide player in Preview mode option in config window. Hides the player (and the visualizations) so you can continue using the GB-PVR menus.
  
• Dual wait time settings (MVP and standard) in config window. Useful if you run a standard GB-PVR instance and an MVP server concurrently and use UbuRadio with both.
  
• Various bug fixes (mainly to do with navigation keys giving focus to the wrong UI element and improved error handling).

UbuRadio v1.2 is mainly a "bugfix" release but it also comes with a new installer app. The setup app will handle installing (and, where neccessary, uninstalling) the UbuRecordingService without your intervention. It will also ensure that newer versions of files are not overwritten.

The UbuRadio uninstall will detect the presence of the UbuStream plugin and, if found, will not uninstall common components. (Similarly, the UbuStream v2.1 installer app now detects if the UbuRadio plugin is installed and will install/uninstall without affecting it).
