Per Channel presets

I have an idea what would make this software unique

I am often irritated on the differences between channels
some have wide picture and the next have letterbox
The first has loud sound next needs surround sound.
Some configs of comskip work on BBC but not on Discovery.
Then you want to transcode your recorded sport with higher quality than the reality show. And so on.

What if it would be possible to chose the prefered preset/config of FFDshow, mediacoder and Comskip in GBpvr´s config program, with some extra columns on the channel pages.

I dont know if this possible, but this is the wishlist right!

if you use processing batch files then you can do the comskip and transcode options by manipulating the batch files, since the channel number is passed as an argument to postprocessing.bat there is more information about this stuff on the forums and wiki (I think) but if you need help with it just ask.

but this wish would sortout some things with liveTv issues

Going off that same idea... is there a way to volume leveling? I have some channels that I literally have to crank the surround sound that is hooked up to my computer to be able to hear comfortably. Ocassionally, I will very stupidly change the channel before turning it back down. Wow.... yeah, definitely got some complaints from the other college students trying to study. Oops. :-)
