Hi, I have a couple of questions:

1. Is there anything like the mediaMVP that supports HDTV?

2. Is it possible to set up a laptop, or other PC, with GBPVR, so that it does the equivalent of a mediaMVP - ie. acts as a client only, and can recieve live TV and recordings over the network?

Yes, this is handled by setting the second computer up as a client. This is done on the capture source page of the config. See jonnycam's writeup here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...ient+setup

If you don't care about live TV, all you need to do is define the network locations of your recordings on the directories tab of config. This is how mine is set up which allows me to access movies and recorded shows stored on my NSLU2 hard drives without waking up the server pc.

Sure, there are lots of them, but I don't think any work with GB-PVR???
