Please Help - Using Playstation 2 joypads on the PC?

I've got a Play.com PS2 -> USB adapter which has been working great on standard XP but I can't find a driver to make it work with Windows XP 64-bit edition. :mad:

Anyone know of a driver source or an alternative PS2 -> USB converter that would be suitable.

Second choice would be a XBOX360 controller but after much Googling I still can't confirm it it works with XP64...

does the adaptiod work with XP_x64? so much better for N64, since the conroller was so oddly shaped

Its not something I've looked into as the 2 N64 pads I have suffer from 'floppy analogue stick syndrome'...
