Already watched programs

This has probably been asked for already.

When I setup a 'record season this timeslot' TV show schedule and then watch the recorded shows and don't care to save them indefinitely I delete them. The problem is if these deleted show episodes are broadcast as reruns later, GBPVR will record them again because the guide reference number was deleted when the episode was deleted.

I'd like to see a feature whereby upon deleting a recorded TV program after watching it, you can select to not record that particular show again.

is the feature built in automatically, or is there a place in the setup where we need to turn it on?

Its enabled by default. It basically stores a list of show identifiers for deleted shows, for a configurable number of days (40 by default), and takes this shows identifiers into account when looking for new season recording epsiodes to record. You do need to be using the 'dont record duplicates' setting for this show history data to make any difference though.

what about a feature where you add like a tick or something when you have watched it but the other half hasnt or vice versa so you know you can delete it
Like say i like watching top gear i watch add a tick saying ive wactched then the mrs comes along watches it sees ive watched it and dont want to keep it so she know shes allowed to delete it

I was one of the folks that rolled back to v0.98.13 because of MVP remote locking up issues with v0.99.12.
