I mention this with great humility so please forgive my cheek.

The parameters align and valign appear repeatedly in skin xml files. Would it simplify matters if align and valign could be added to textstyles?

I'm thinking of something like:

GeneralTextStyle as is.
GeneralTextStyleLC as above plus align="Left" and valign="Center"
GeneralTextStyleRC as above plus align="Right" and valign="Center"
Etcetera

Sorry, you'll just have to live with it the way it is.

I did consider this option, but due to personal preference, and some minor technical complications, and the desire to retain similarity with existing skinning mechanism, I decided to do it on the DrawString tag the way it always has.

I'm going away to sulk for a week.

Before I go, I'll just mention that the date/time on the main menu of PVRX2 disappears if I play a recording or view Live TV. The date/time comes back when the time ticks on to the next minute.

Thanks, as ever, for your good work and prompt replies.

This one is fixed for the next release.

From your many comments in other posts, it seems that so is everything else.

Go steady or you won't have anything to fix in the release after next.

Thanks
