ML2 Panel Editing

After almost a week of struggling with pvrx2 issues, I have gone back to gbpvr 99.12. I now can't fine the config or edit utility to customize(select background colors, button colors, etc) the ML2 screens. I seem to remember it was accessable thru the system button.....?

Has this not been incorporated in the new 6.3 ML2 release?

Not sure what you mean by this??

The only configuration you have only had over ML2 is via the configruation applciation (config.exe).

Screen colours and the like would possibly have been changable via one of the skin plugins for community skin, but not ML2 directly..
