Network Video Sharing on EWA

up until recently, i had my video library on the same computer as GB-PVR. I recently had to move it to a different computer to do space regions. it plays over the network fine, except now i can't access them through the web interface. i don't ever stream them, i use the download feature quite often (since im on a college campus, makes it easy to share movies with a 100mb connection ) Now that the movies are on a different computer, is the gone for good? any workarounds or should i just give up?

You have to run the gbpvrrecordingservice under a user account to be able to access networked drives through EWA. A local-system account can't access networked drives.

How would i go about changing that? Would it mess up other things?

FYI....I did get this utility to work so that I am able to access a network share with gbpvr.

I updated the thread with my trials and tribulation of getting it setup.

I know i probably shouldn't double post, but I didn't think it would get any attention over there and you're normally pretty good at responses.

I've been trying to get this working without luck. This is what I have.

where the other computer is expo, the user is Dean and the password is darko.

<add key="server1" value='\\expo\Movies /Dean:expo\Dean darko /persistent:yes/>

what is server1 supposed to be? Is that where it gets mounted to? Right now i have the folder also mapped to the z:\ drive. If i change server1 to z will it get mapped there? please help. I'm just confused as exactly how this is getting mounted. As a drive by letter like the normal "map network drive" works? thanks.
