Great to hear that it is working....thanks for the update......Smile

I know what you mean though about a lot of so-called IT guys - if I had a dollar for every 'computer expert' I had met over the last 35 years... I'd be typing in this post from a sunny beach somewhere with a styrofoam six-pack just to hand... Big Grin

These are words spoken with someone with wisdom which only comes with experience.....I know where you are coming from.....and can't agree more. Big Grin

The so-called "computer experts" are a pain in the butt. After 10 years at the same employer, I finally decided I'd had enough a couple of months ago and left. It's not easy to convince a potential employer that you really do know what you are doing after they've been through a few dozen folks with paper certs.

Failry sure (80%) theres some connection limit on XP, this MIGHT be XP Home though....

I'm also an IT guy who knows when its best to NOT say i know stuff when it comes to Microsoft, as there stuff never works as designed anyway so if they cant make it work then i cant...
Many Thanks
Ashley

Heard this many times, its the learned outside UK and USA thing, dont that wind you up.......... having said that they prefer to employ those as then they have a solid reason to put you off work when you cant do it, the "yeah you look good" means they cant actually lay you off as you have that "well i never said i was god" answer.
Many Thanks
Ashley
