link error on wiki

Just browsing and found that http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Utili...edWebAdmin
The link where it says "quick link" points to a localhost page and not a wiki link.

Edit: - Thinking on, possibly it is designed to to go to a description on the local machine, but if not up and running and/or browsing on a different machine......

i thought that is correct as it is meant to give users the default start page of 'their' machine, not give a description of it..
[in other words, the start page link is odd, so serves to give users setting it up locally, a starting point...no way to know user's end address..]

tho i wish the link's name was the address as well, helps to notice that it's not index.html or the like..
like:
http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/guide.aspx
but with YourHostAddress:7647/gbpvr/guide.aspx visible...

You're right of course. It was me being a bit quick and not reading everything properly on a machine without the web server running.
