I'm looking to replace our Entertainment center, so we can upgrade our TV (which is on the way out). What do you folks use? I want something tall as opposed to wide. And something that gets the TV off the floor.
Currently Running: 1.4.7

Well if your looking to get a flat panel of some type, and if your not apposed to wall mounting and your living situation allows for it, you could wall mount and then get/build/have built a tall shelf/rack that could hold your componentes. Then if your feeling really adventurous and your situation allows for it you could hide all the cables in the wall. Or you could build or have built a large unit that holds your tv at the appropriate height and with shelves on the top to hold the components.
Well hopefully these ideas help

Most of the entertainment centers I've found only support up to about a 32" TV. Otherwise there's tons of TV stands for the larger ones.
