Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could share their experience of getting the BBC HD trial working nicely. I am using my shuttle system with an HD2400 (see sig)- SD is now silky smooth- I applied the patch on this site http://home.comcast.net/~exdeus/ati-hd2x00/ - this really helped. I only need to sort out noticable red colour bleed (I have to use S-video) and some tearing at the bottom of the screen.
Now I am moving on to get H264 working for the BBC HD- at the moment it is working (Cyberlink codec + FSE), but with low framerates and bad multiple horizontal tears. I have a feeling that for some reason the onboard hardware accel on the HD2400 isn't being used. Can anyone who has "been there and done that" point me in the right direction?
Daniel
