dvb EPG not downloading

I have just formated and reinstalled everything. Everything installed okay, but I can't update the EPG. When I click on UPDATE EPG it says that it is saving listings and that is it, it does not scan any of the transponders at all. I don't know what I have done wrong because I had it working before.

You have your recording directory set to c:\temp in the config app. Does this directory exist?

No it does not exist. I thought that GBPVR created that directory, oh well I created it and it seem to be working now.
