Tweaks for CS on MVP?

I recently started using CS3 (Reflect - Green) and it looks really good on my PC monitor. On my LCD TV through my MVP, however, the text is very 'grainy'.

I appreciate an LCD TV and MVP aren't ever going to be as sharp as my monitor but are there any tips for tweaking the skin to improve things?

Version 3.2 of the Skin Plugin lets you edit the fonts in CS3. You could try altering the default font size.
