Strangely having posted in last hour or so they must be working through their RMA stuff, just got this from PCH HQ:

Quote:Updated firmware and tested replacement main board

Is that good? Replacement main board, obviously means one I sent back was fried!!! New board? Or not so new main board?

I've just got the same message, dated late last night.
Mine was received by them on the 12th as well.
Fingers crossed...... Hope there is no hassle with Customs trying to rob us a second time.

Not bad turn around, listed as on vehicle for delivery today, will be interesting to see if PCH did mark for customs as repair/replacement as I requested Wink

Mine arrived 09:30. In and working. Value stated as $15
FedEx does seem fairly quick for international stuff.

Cool, me too @11.30!

Now I've never actually run up mine before with GBPVR (long story Wink, obviously trawling all posts etc to make sure I don't stuff it up, but as I see you also have MVP's running MVPMC anything different that I need to know?

Cheers

'fraid my MVP just runs the plain dongle and it's only there for emergencies now.

Running NMTInstal is the preferred way of getting the PCH going and is quite straight forward. (me, I backup config.xml first though Rolleyes )

Ah ha, had some installation issues, but it is 'sort of' working! haven't checked yet to see whether my MVP's still boot with MVPMC, guess I'll have to go over to guru Martin now!

cheers
