Help Install Plugins

I'm trying to install my first plugin the NetFlix plugin. I've followed the directions but the plugin is not showing up in the config section.

I put the main DLL in the main GBPVR folder and I put the NetFlix folder in the plugin folder. What am I missing ?

The download contains two folders: Plugins and Skin2. They should be extracted as is to the main GBPVR folder. You also need to download the GBPVRCommonUtilities.dll from the download page and place it in your GBPVR\Plugins\Common folder.
