Signal strength and quality both stuck on 0 throughout scan. I tried both checked and unchecked on the power option with same result. I have measured 18V coming out of card though.

If both on zero it sounds like the dish is out of alignment but you said you are still getting sky signal, do you have any switches or anything inline as well?

You could try dvbdream or the wintv software for testing

I've tried the "Optus D1" & "Optus D1 (NZ FTA)" options.

Will Try a 3rd party app.

I don't know if it makes any difference but I have my HVR3000 setup as stated in a message I read somewhere on the forum like this:

Thanks Jaggy, will give it a go tonight. Seems to be hard work finding this sort of info.
