Silverlight Patch for 1.0.2.5

This fixes a couple of issues in regards to Silverlight:

1. Config screen does not remember the Silverlight player settings.
   
2. IE does not open in kiosk mode when set to do so.
   

To apply the patch, simply replace your GBPVR\Plugins\Netflix\WatchNow.dll with the one in the zip. PVRx2 should be closed when replacing the dll.
