very interesting...majorly wishing i had a gen2 device...[missing that usb slave!]
wondering if gen1's will get the dts in firmware too...
well, they're steadily hacking away at new features which is good...Smile

Here's another interesting article on the continuing evolution of the NMT http://www.mpcclub.com/modules.php?name=...le&sid=714

If down the road Syabas upgrade to the SMP8642/45/55 chip, emulation mode could probably be ported with few changes and it could be faster the processors more than twice as fast. However if they move to a new chip likely Broadcom, TI, or NXP, but maybe even Intel CE 3100 (nice looking SoC) I would have to start from scratch.
