option in config to not enable recording service

I used GBPVR on a number of non-client machines simply as a multimedia GUI.
I would be nice in these instances to be able to have an option to not starting the recording service. It's just less clutter on start-up. (one of these machines is an atom netbook - which is great - but with limited power you appreciate lean

I have tried disabling the service in windows admin - but from memory that caused the config to hang (?)

Using a startup utility to remove the tray icon, disable the recording service and set <AutoStartTrayOnConfigExit> to false in the config.xml, works for me.

it causes config to hang but it saves the settings you changed and you can just hit 'cancel' on error message then cancel on config.exe panel and the settings will be saved...

Yeah, that was pretty much how I remembered it - and I am glad to see that it is not just me that would find this useful. Maybe the GBPVR god is listening

If you set <AutoStartServiceOnConfigExit>false</AutoStartServiceOnConfigExit> in config.xml, then it wont start the recording service.
