Background : I've creating a VFD Plugin......

Ok first question to the experts (SUB)..

During playback of a video is it possible to detect Fast Forward, Rewind, Pause
change of volume?

currently I've handling gbpvr.public.eventypes but since I've got icons I could display thought I'd ask

Anyone got an example plugin installer I can steal and rework to install my new plugin

Sorry, no its not. Plugins do not receive events that low level. They only receive higher level events like 'watching live tv channel x', 'playing music file y' etc.

Thanks Sub, I'd thought it was since only the higher level services are exposed but wanted to ask....
