What are your thoughts on managing bug tracking and suggestions/new feature requests etc? Was thinking of using the CS Tasks wiki page with suitable headings.

Thoughts?

A similar method to what I've been using (on a private website for my GB-PVR projects) for labelling tasks.

I think that's a good idea, to help keep track.

Cheers

Yes. Probably best way to organize it.

I think you guys are doing it already but...once a task is completed my suggestion is to mark it as done (with the strikeout wiki markup {-task-}). This allows us to easily see what's changed since the last BETA release and makes writing change logs and seeing what progress has been made really easy.

ps. hope you guys don't think I'm trying to control everything or boss you around it's just that I do team based dev projects for my day job and so have picked up a few tips and tricks over the years Smile

Exactly, this type of organization helps keep everyone (like me) focused on what needs to be worked on next.
