Did anyone see this on Engadget or directly on the following site:

I've been using a Mini-ITX server for my Home-Automation system for about two years now and it is great. Powerful enough to run a Windows domain, mail server, SQL server, Web server as well as HA and consumes around 27W.
However, it can't cope with SD and definatley not HD but this new chip could be the answer. In addition if they add it to the Via Pico format factor it would be a very small and capable solution.

Quote:The VX855 MSP offers up hardware-based H.264 video acceleration in a staggeringly small, highly integrated single chip package with an ultra low TDP of 2.3 watts.
