disable screensaver while in external task?

As mentioned in an otherwise unrelated thread here: http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=3...ostcount=6, I don't use the screensaver because it kicks in while I'm watching media via an external task. The screensaver doesn't show, it simply runs in the background and glitches the media playback. It occurred to me after posting that it'd be nice to be able to use the screensaver...

So, can we have an option to disable the screensaver as long as an external task is running?

I'm hoping this fix, which seems simple enough but would be very helpful to me, will make it into the next release. I'm starting to use music playback functions more, and without the screensaver the TV just sits there on a static screen.

I actually use a windows screen saver (slickr) as a screen saver while in an external task (iTunes)
I know you can't please everyone but perhaps it could be a setting in the config.xlm
