It is do-able, but I think you would need to rewrite the functionality of the photo library and tack it on.
I don't think you can extend the current photo plugin to do that.
Coming at the problem sideways, I have used Gadwin Printscreen in the past. Install it on the pvr box. I mapped (in Gadwin) f11 to capture the screen, then mapped Music on my Hauppauge remote to send f11.
then I configured Gadwin to send screen captures to a disk location, but you can get it to send it to a printer as well.
It won't be a great pic because it is a screen capture of what GB-PVR is displaying, but crude and workable.
