No signal detected on Live TV but recordings OK

When starting PVR2 and looking at Live TV i get the "No signal detected..." and empty bars on signal strength and quality.
Recordings work fine, and I can preview the channels in the capture sources menu. I can also switch channel in LiveTV and the EPG info is correct.

I have version 1.3.11 and a pinnacle PCTV DVB-T dual PCI card and run XPProSP3.
It has occasionally worked before but lately not at all.

I have installed a Blue ray player and have PowerDVD ver 7.3 installed as well as K-Lite codec pack 3.85 and VLC media player.

I have upgraded the computer HW and has reinstalled and it runs OK. I guess it was a codec issue...

I get this occasionaly (say, but not timed, once a week) and have to reboot to get live TV back. (havent tried recording when the problem is there, so will try that next time.)
