How do you get the search results?

I often use isohunt to search for torrents, but I do it on a seperate workstation because of the risk of getting viruses and sypware when browsing that site. On my HTPC I do not run antivirus software because I do not access the internet from there. I would like to use the Torrent plugin but I am concerned about how the searches from isohunt would work and the risk of viruses and spyware. Are the searches done using a RSS feed from isohunt that skips all of this adware that is causing the problems when browsing the site?

Hi.

No the ISOHunt plugin doesn't use RSS feeds as you can miss vitial data. I've included build the plugin which explicitly handles HMTL from webpages and the decodes it and then passes back to the plugin for rendering.

I would not expect any virus etc to get pass this as the HTML is never executed as HTML and thus nothing can be executed.... I personally think your safe... but it's your call.
