This isn't a major issue, I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen this.

I'm finding that with playback of recordings done from digital channels using my Nova-t that the sound and video lose sync. It usually only happens after a FF. It's the playback not the actual recordings. If I stop it, then restart and select Resume, everything is fine. I'm 99.99% this is only happening with the recordings from the Nova - I haven't seen it with any done on the PVR350 or 500.

Cheers,
Brian

Yes, I've just noticed this too.
All my recent recording appear to have their sound lagging behind the picture.

Odd - I'm finding its always the sound that comes first. Do your recordings re-sync. if you stop/play/resume?

I do get what you describe sometimes.
The recording starts with it out of sync, sometimes jumps back into sync, but if not a quick skip forward/back or even stop & resume kicks it back in sync.

My recordings out of sync issue is un-syncable. If the video's played in MS Media Player, it's still out of sync.

Need to do some more testing on this one.

Now I think about it, I've had a few un-syncable recordings as you describe with one channel (FTN - which I wouldn't normally record other than for test purposes). I'm wondering if the tuning freq. is out although it plays fine in Live TV.

Hmmm...more testing indeed!!!
