Trying to set up HIP again

My IR beanbag blaster is coming up like this:


And in HIP I have this:


How do I get Hip to talk to this?

I think my beanbag came with my Avermedia card, which died.

you just need to install the mce plugin, or the whole HIP that includes all plugins..
then you'll see a MCE hardware selection..
i have one that came with aver card, [still living] so i bet it's a phillips with dual blasters..
should work no problem without any other driver..
