Hi

I run a number of MVPs and one PCH. I run mvpmc on the MVPs but have not upgraded the PCH to use PCH2 mode yet but want to do so. My only worry is that I have a lot of bad timecoding in my ts files. I would say that at least 40-50% have bad timecodes when viewed on the MVPs but most work fine when viewed on the PCH. So my question is if I start to use PCH2 will I start to see the same timecoding issues on the PCH too?

Typically PCH2 mode is better at handling good and bad mpeg-ts files than you find in the standard NMT player. The MVP s handling of mpeg-ts files using GBPVR is weak and doesn't even enter into the equation.

For the files that you feel might work better using the native player, you can still launch hit by hitting Eject followed by Play or Enter and you can even default mvpmcx2 to use the native player for mpeg video with the command line option --mono-mpeg
