New Task Manager

Updates, none of them say they are replacing the task manager, I did a system restore until I can figure it out.

Computer AMD 550 X4 unlocked @ 3.6ghz. 4 gigs ddr2 1066. 3 Samsung F3 500gb drives raid 0. HD 4870 Video. 2 ATI HD 650 PCie video capture cards. Scythe automatic temp/fan controller. 28" Hanns-G Monitor. Windows 7 x64

If you press "Alt", does the menu reappear?

i just double click the top blank area...it's like it was maximized...

I thought I tried double clicking on it. I will back it up then do the upgrade again.

I found this "feature" in XP and after some googling I found that this is how it is supposed to look like...
Double click in the area directly above the column headers makes will give you the tabs back - just as pbs says.
