Import season recordings?

Is there any way to import Season Recordings from GBPVR into NPVR? Importing recordings_dump.xml excludes the season recordings from what I've seen.

Without a search option and/or a lookahead search, I'd like to see old seasons being able to be imported as well.

Any plans to have this in a near future?
This would make the switch from GBPVR to NPVR a _lot_ more smooth.
I have well over a hundred season recordings accumulated over the years, and I'm sure I'm not alone in not deleting "old" ones very often.
Far from all of them are "active" of course, but quite often I'm surprised to see a show that has been recorded that hasn't been airing for a year or so...

TBH I've not looked at the new database layout, but would it be possible for us users to export from gbpvr, tweak/massage with whatever and import to npvr or is the whole season recording methodology changed?
I too have a large season list, many in the hope of catching new series and it seems not possible to setup a season recording unless one episode is available in the guide to start it off.

You could probably do that. Take a look at the recurring-backup.xml for example of the format NPVR requires for recurring recordings.
