nPVR or GBPVR?

So after a lot of work, GBPVR 1.4.7 is working perfectly for me... for many months at a time now. I navigated the painful setup of clear-QAM and now it's second nature. I love the plugins, particulary MovieWiz. WAF = 100%

My question is this...should I "upgrade" to nPVR? My understanding is that it's been simplified for new users, and setup is easier. I don't care about this. I can setup GBPVR in my sleep.... .

Am I missed anything with nPVR??

I think the official line is that if GB-PVR is working well for you and you're happy with it, there's no point in switching to NPVR yet. It's still in beta, and there's no equivalent to MovieWiz yet.

Remember you don't actually upgrade from GB-PVR to NextPVR you can install it as well as GB-PVR so you can always "try before you buy" so to speak....just don't try to record using the same source from both at the same time.

Thanks for the responses. I'll stay put with GBPVR and keep an eye on nPVR as it's development progresses....
