DVB-C setup (with cardsharing)

Is there a how-to setup DVB-C with nPVR. It is not clear to me what I need to download and where to install it?

I use a tt 1501 dvb-c card and a phoenix card reader.
NewCS is installed and works.

If you've got a working newcs, you shouldn't have too much trouble setting up mdapi in npvr. I suppose you use acamd to connect? Just place your acamd files in the tuner/instance directories that are created after setting up your dvc-c tuner. On my W7 PC those directories can be found in C:\Users\Public\NPVR\MDPlugins. There's no need to use mdapifilter.ax, since it's build in in npvr.
