MVP dongle setting has no effect

I changed this setting in config.xml to a different dongle file but it had no effect, dongle.bin is always used. Is this ignored or a bug?

AFAIR - the workaround is to rename your prefered dongle to dongle.bin

Yes it is ignored and yes it has been reported as a bug, although for most purposes using LiveTV or NPVR Recordings the new mvpmc beta dongle is pretty much the only dongle that will work anyway.

Thanks ACTCMS, that's what I ended up doing but thought I'd report it all the same.

I'm using this one. mvallevand, Is that the correct one to use for nPVR?

Yes that is it. I hope to update it to be GBPVR compatible and Universe compatible for transcoding of avi's etc when sub does his next release.
